With more than 30 years of chiropractic experience, Dr. Steve Mertz, DC leads care at Reboot U Oceanside. A master of Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) with nearly a decade of regenerative medicine expertise, Dr. Mertz is passionate about helping patients overcome pain, restore alignment, and regain mobility. Known for his compassionate approach, he ensures every patient feels comfortable, confident, and cared for while receiving the most advanced therapies available.

With a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a minor in Integrative Health & Wellness, graduating Magna Cum Laude, Tara brings fresh expertise, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others. Her energy and compassion create a supportive environment where patients feel cared for every step of their healing journey.
